Clear rules for using Vowent

These terms explain Vowent accounts, persona, matching, chat, safety tools, support, Hangouts, Date Nights, and responsible use.

These terms apply when you use Vowent, a serious relationship and matchmaking app focused on intention, compatibility, safety, trust, persona-based matching, chat, Hangouts, Date Nights, notifications, privacy controls, and support.

1. About Vowent

Vowent helps adults build thoughtful profiles, answer relationship-persona questions, discover compatible encounters, express interest, chat after mutual connection, and use safety and support tools.

Vowent is not a guarantee of compatibility, attraction, marriage, or user behaviour. You are responsible for your decisions, conversations, and offline meetings.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 21 years old to use Vowent.
  • Keep your profile, contact details, photos, and relationship intentions accurate.
  • Do not impersonate anyone or create misleading profiles.
  • Keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect account misuse.
  • Use Vowent only for lawful, respectful, genuine relationship-seeking activity.

3. Matching, persona, and AI assistance

Vowent may use profile information, preferences, persona answers, compatibility signals, and safety rules to suggest encounters and explain why a match may fit.

AI-assisted features are guidance only. They may help summarize compatibility, suggest safe prompts, or explain app features, but they do not replace your judgement and must not be used to manipulate, harass, or misrepresent yourself.

Vowent does not message other members on your behalf.

4. Conduct and community safety

You agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, pressure, abuse, or exploit other members;
  • request money, gift cards, investments, cryptocurrency, identity documents, or sensitive information;
  • pressure someone to move off Vowent before they are comfortable;
  • upload illegal, deceptive, hateful, explicit, infringing, or harmful content;
  • scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass Vowent systems;
  • use the app for spam, scams, sex work solicitation, or non-genuine relationship activity.

Use report, block, safety plan, and support tools when something feels wrong. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

5. Photos, profile content, and moderation

You keep ownership of your content, but you give Vowent permission to host, process, resize, display, moderate, and remove it as needed to run and protect the service.

We may restrict, reject, remove, or review profiles, photos, messages, reports, Hangouts, Date Nights, or accounts where safety, authenticity, or legal concerns arise.

6. Hangouts and Date Nights

Hangouts and Date Nights are user-facing planning features. Review details carefully, use in-app chat for practical arrangements, share plans with someone you trust where appropriate, and meet in public places when safety calls for it.

Vowent does not guarantee attendance, conduct, venue quality, chemistry, or offline outcomes.

7. Notifications and communications

Vowent may send operational messages about account security, verification, profile activity, likes, matches, chat, safety, support, Hangouts, Date Nights, and privacy settings. You can manage notification preferences where available, though some essential security messages may still be sent.

8. Support and safety reports

Support tickets, reports, blocks, and moderation records may be reviewed by Vowent to protect members, investigate issues, respond to requests, and improve the product.

9. Suspension, deletion, and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or end access where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, repeated reports, or serious breaches of these terms.

You can request account deletion from the app. Some records may be retained where needed for legal, safety, dispute, fraud-prevention, or audit reasons.

10. Liability and consumer rights

We work to keep Vowent reliable and safe, but the app is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law or limits liability where the law does not allow that.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when legal, technical, or product changes require it. Material changes will be reflected with a new version and date.
